what i'm about...
You're going to get more than photos from your session or event with me. To be honest, we will be friends by the time we are through. I love what I do and I love my clients. I crave connection and want you to feel like our session is more than just taking your photo.
My approach is not static, and boring. I will make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and create an experience! I want you to walk away thinking, " that was so fun! I can't wait to do it again!" Seriously! Not only that, but I want to make it easy for you! I am planner all the way and will hold your hand during this process. While being a photographer is my main focus and making sure you get epic photos, I want the journey to be just as carefree and fun for you.
What type of photography I do:
- wedding photography
- engagements
- elopements
- family photography
- birth photography
- lifestyle/branding

behind the lens
i'm a native san diegan, raising my two children, mason (14) + emmeline (3), with my husband, in beautiful, leucadia, ca. (aka encinitas aka san diego for those that aren't familiar).
i got my first real taste of photography when i was 16 years old. I took a class in high school, and discovered my inner desire for creativity and my artistic outlet. even though i stopped shooting back then, i continued my artistry throughout my 20's by becoming a successful hair + makeup artist in the wedding industry. being around other talented creative-types and successful small business owners in the industry, brought me back to my true passion of photography, and now a mom, it sparked my innate need for independence, personal development and most of all, flexibility. it wasn't until i had my 2nd child in the fall of 2016, that i decided to pick up my camera after a 18 year hiatus, and i haven't stopped clicking since.
i've been told by my clients that i have a natural ability of making others feel comfortable and beautiful, and by doing so, i am able to create images that reflect their true and raw emotions.
